Job Description:
The Infrastructure Systems Analyst specializes in OT (Operational Technology) Process Control Network (PCN) systems with accountability for maintaining the sites critical operational systems within the PCN environment.
Ability to deploy implement and support a variety of PCN/OT network solutions.
Provide design configuration deployment and operational maintenance of network and workstation/server/storage technologies to ensure continuous availability of secured and reliable network services to the facility.
Collaborate with site PCN Administrators Process Control and I&E teams and vendors to implement changes to systems in PCN PLC and SCADA environments.
This position provides technical support to local operations personnel in the ongoing
maintenance and administration of systems including responsibility for cybersecurity standards adherence minformation and risk compliance asset inventory and monitoring software license management and OS/software patch management.
Support new projects as well as the operations and lifecycling of existing systems.
Required Qualifications:
Experience supporting and troubleshooting LAN/WAN infrastructure in PCN / DMZ network environments; understanding of the Purdue Model
Experience deploying troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Windows 2012R2 / 2016 / 2019 servers (IaaS) in singleserver or clustered virtual and physical configurations
Performing operations in a virtualization environment consisting of VMware ESX Server and Virtual Center running on Cisco Hyperflex platform or other hyperconverged platforms
Familiarity with Active Directory Network Services (IP DHCP DNS and WINS) group policy object (GPO) management and similar directory and authentication technologies
Experience providing design testing and implementation support for and participation in internally driven platform deployment or lifecycle projects and/or customerfacing projects
Demonstrated application of strong analytical and problemsolving skills to help the team identify communicate and resolve issues
Strong oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
A 2year associates degree or higher in technology or a related business discipline
Microsoft certification(s) in Windows Server Azure or other related technologies
CCNA or PCNSA certification(s) or demonstrable equivalent level of OT network competency
Working knowledge of RF infrastructure and standards supporting PCN/OT data transport: MW WiFi iMAX cellular UHF/VHF radios WiHart DAS M2M LoRaWAN
Experience deploying troubleshooting and supporting Linux servers (RHEL CentOS or other distributions)
Experience with scripting and automation utilizing PowerShell Ansible JSON YAML or Python
Experience supporting and/or implementing services in an external Cloud computing environment (e.g. Azure)
Understanding of Agile methodologies / SAFe framework; experience with Microsoft ADO or VSTS
