Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Private Equity Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in private equity investing strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market trends. This role will involve sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities managing relationships with portfolio companies and driving value creation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify and assess potential investment opportunities conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis to inform decisionmaking.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and actively engage with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives that enhance value.
- Deal Structuring: Negotiate deal terms and structures ensuring alignment with the firms investment strategy and risk tolerance.
- Fundraising: Assist in fundraising efforts including building relationships with institutional investors and presenting investment strategies and performance updates.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior investment professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture within the team.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends competitive landscapes and economic conditions to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in private equity investment banking or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful deal sourcing execution and portfolio management.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a deep understanding of valuation methodologies.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
