Job Description
Position Name: Travel Physical Therapist Outpatient Rehab
Location: Keene NH 03431
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Fulltime Travel Contract Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks Accepting Travel Candidates only
Pay Rate: $2400 Weekly Gross pay (Nontaxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Outpatient Rehab
Shift: 8 Hours; Days Typically 8.00a 5.00p
Schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed 5 shifts per week MonFri Weekends may be required. Must work either Christmas week or New Year week.
Position Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist experience: 2 years Required
- Outpatient Ortho Required
- ExPro experience Required
- Epic experience Required
- Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
- Must have own transportation Required
- COVID Vaccinations or exemptions Required
Education License and Certification Requirements:
- BS Degree in Physical Therapy or similar Required
- PT License for State of New Hampshire or Compact Required
- BLS Certification from AHA Required
Job Description:
- Screen evaluate reevaluate and provide therapy services to patients.
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment of patients ranging from pediatric to adult.
- Coordinate and communicate activities with health care team and the patient.
- Provide appropriate patient related documentation including quality assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Typical Patient Day/Load/Ratio: Typical Patient Day/Load/Ratio: Facility performs 60 minute evaluations and treatment sessions of 30 to 45 minutes as appropriate based on diagnosis. They only treat one patient at a time. Typical 2 to 3 evaluations a day and then rest of day treatments. A Typical day comprises 2 evaluations plus 11 treatments (30 minutes in length)
