Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse Clinic Infusion Therapy Oncology
Start Date: 12/12/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Malta NY 12020
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days8:00 AM 4:30 PM 8
Shift Notes: 8hr days Mon Fri Will be at the offsite oncology office in Malta with an occasional float to the Saratoga office for 40hours scheduled with a 30hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: None/Holidays required if needed
OnCall Requirements: None
COVID19/FLU Requirement: COVID vaccinations are encouraged but not required.

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Labor Day Holiday Cannot be approved.

- 2years Current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion
- Chemo Cert and Oncology Certified RN REQUIRED
- Peripheral IV Insertion Experience Required
- Port/Fistula/Catheter Experience Required
- IV Certification Required
- The previous traveler preferred
- BSN preferred
- Cerner Experience Required
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys BLS ONC Cert CHEMO CERT ACLS PERM ADDRESS Facility will not pend license/certs)
- MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs. If unable to please redirect.
