Job Description
Position: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse(LPN/LVN)
Start Date:12/2/2024
Duration: END DATE OF 1/4/25 4 weeks
Location: Chamblee GA 30341
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 8
Shift Notes: Days; MondayFriday 40hr gt
Weekend Requirements: No weekends
OnCall Requirements: No Call

Traveler Policy: The facility will not consider any traveler residing within 50 miles of the hospital.

Pediatric primary healthcare for children and adolescents is familycentered. Care encompasses health supervision and guidance for parents; monitoring physical and psychosocial growth and development; ageappropriate screening; and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic disorders.
Submission Requirements
- 2 years of LPN experience in a Pediatric Clinic Setting
- BILINGUAL CANDIDATES (SPANISH) STRONGLY PREFERRED POPULATION SERVICED: PRIMARILY UNDERSERVED MIGRANT PATIENTS (SPANISH SPEAKING)
- Previous travel experience Preferred
- OCHIN EPIC EMR experience Strongly Preferred
