Job Description
Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle HCM Functional Consultant for one of its clients in Philadelphia PA/Hybrid.
Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Required Skills
- Ability to work crossfunctional teams within HR departments
- Gathering functional requirements from the client and translating them into Oracle requirements
- Selecting right modules from Oracle HCM suite based on client requirements
- Defining the scope effort and timeline for Oracle HCM project
- Designing and delivering Oracle HCM solutions
- Propose changes in business processes as per HR best practices.
- Capturing and documenting functional specifications for various HR processes reports etc.
- Problemsolving: Analyzing and resolving functional issues to ensure system performance and functionality
- Excellent communication & problemsolving skills.
Work Site: Philadelphia PA/Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months
Expected Start Date: Immediate
