Location: London Ontario Hybrid/Remote

Position Overview: The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in influencing the firms operations and client success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and complete audit and review engagements
- Prepare and review Canadian tax returns
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and resolve accounting and tax issues
- Conduct research and reach technical conclusions
- Manage and prioritize multiple demands to meet deadlines
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and lead team members
- Maintain and apply strong knowledge of Canadian accounting and assurance engagement standards (ASPE)
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a public accounting environment
- Experience leading and completing audit and review engagements
- Experience with Canadian corporate taxes
- Strong knowledge of CaseWare Caseview MS Office (Excel and Word) and Taxprep
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems and work with a team to resolve issues
- Ability to work as part of a professional team and lead others in a team environment
- Ability to recognize accounting and tax issues and work with the team to resolve any issues that arise
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $85K$95K plus bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package including dental medical leave vacation days and RSP
- Flexible work hours: 45 hours during peak busy flex hours and Fridays off (Summer)
