Job Description
Position Title: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
Location: Tallahassee FL 32399
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Prosci Certification
EXPERIENCE
- At least five (5) years of current experience in ServiceNow Change Management and training within the last seven (7) years.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing the projects overall organizational change management training and communication activities ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the training and communication strategy managing all related deliverables and coordinating training schedules and materials.
