Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Conduct engaging venue tours showcasing our event spaces.
- Collaborate with clients to customize event packages ensuring their needs are met.
- Foster strong client relationships to increase contract conversions and ensure repeat business.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and curate engaging content for digital and social media platforms.
- Actively promote our accommodation restaurant bar and event spaces to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Coordinate event details across departments to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Elevate the brands presence and drive sales leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Respond to group booking inquiries promptly via email or phone.
- Cultivate highvalue client relationships with proactive sales strategies.
- Maximize revenue opportunities in group reservations conferences and events.
- Assist in the implementation of the sales & marketing plan alongside the Marketing Manager.
- Conduct sales inspections and familiarization visits to promote the hotels offerings.
- Represent the property at trade events and industry functions.
- Create and coordinate social media posts to enhance brand visibility.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients.
- A passion for sales and marketing with creativity in digital content development.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to identify and execute upselling opportunities.
- Knowledge of event management software Opera Cloud and Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in Canva and social media content creation is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel sales events or marketing is highly valued.
