Job Description
What youll do...
- Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do.
- Youll lead your TOPE team by example keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported confident in providing top Hox experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions.
- Set the brand standards for the TOPE bar
- Coordinate with Bar Manager for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records.
- Ensure that there is enough equipment to ensure smooth operations inventory to follow stock in place and order to be pass accordingly.
- Increase sales through your innovative and creative approach and reliable advice.
- Handle guest complaints ensure satisfaction.
- Cover for Bar manager when required.
- Maintain high standards of quality control hygiene and health and safety.
Qualifications :
