Job Description
We are looking for our Operations Manager for our future JO&JOE Budapest which is due to open in 2025.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE by being part of the opening team! The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager especially with all aspects of the Room Division .

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Because youve got it in you:
- You have proven experience in hotel and/or hostel operations and a successful one in Rooms Division.
- You are a master orchestrator in delivering an unforgettable experience for our customers.
- You have the ability to adapt to any challenge while remaining calm in a fastpaced environment with a high customer flow.
- You know how to manage but also how to identify talent and develop it!
- You want to be at the heart of the action with your team and not always alone at your desk.
- You are fluent in Hungarian and you have a good level of English.
