The Opportunity
Were seeking a highly qualified Consumer Financial Services Litigation Attorney to join one of our esteemed clients in their Los Angeles office. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely provided candidates reside in the greater Los Angeles area. As part of a national practice group youll handle all phases of litigation in a collaborative teamoriented environment representing clients in highstakes matters.

What Youll Do

  • Manage Litigation: Oversee all phases of litigation including strategy development discovery motion practice and trial preparation.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work within a dynamic teamdriven atmosphere to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional problemsolving legal writing and oral advocacy to address complex client needs.
  • Build Client Relationships: Represent clients effectively in the consumer financial services space ensuring highquality legal service and professionalism.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in consumer financial services litigation.
  • Education: J.D. from an accredited law school; California bar admission is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong legal writing oral advocacy and problemsolving skills.
    • The ability to manage complex cases independently and collaboratively.
  • Mindset: Motivated selfstarter capable of thriving in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.

  • Litigation Expertise: Proven experience handling all phases of consumer financial services litigation.
  • Client Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver resultsoriented representation in highstakes matters.
