We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Telehealth Nurse to join our remote team. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while making a significant impact on patient health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
* Patient Assessments and Consultations:
* Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of patients health conditions including reviewing medical history current symptoms and medication regimens.
* Provide timely and accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
* Patient Education and Counseling:
* Educate patients on selfcare strategies medication adherence and disease management.
* Provide emotional support and address patient concerns and questions.
* Empower patients to take an active role in their healthcare.
* Telehealth Platform Utilization:
* Utilize telehealth technology to conduct virtual appointments and monitor patient progress.
* Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize the telehealth experience.
* Documentation and RecordKeeping:
* Accurately document patient interactions assessments and treatment plans in electronic health records.
* Maintain detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
* Quality Assurance:
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of telehealth services.
* Adhere to established clinical guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and active license in good standing.
* Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty (e.g. family practice internal medicine pediatrics).
* Strong proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic health records.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
* Passion for delivering compassionate and patientcentered care.
