The Opportunity
Were seeking a motivated Corporate M&A Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Philadelphia office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on highprofile business and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions joint ventures and other complex commercial transactions while collaborating with a national practice group.

What Youll Do

  • Draft and Negotiate: Prepare and negotiate transactional documents for M&A joint ventures and other complex commercial deals.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work directly with clients to provide exceptional legal services and build strong professional relationships.
  • Contribute to Growth: Support and help grow a nationally recognized Corporate M&A practice.
  • Drive Strategic Transactions: Engage in sophisticated legal matters that require innovation and precision.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 5 years of business and transactional law experience including M&A and complex commercial transactions.
  • Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Bar Admission: Pennsylvania bar admission required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong legal writing drafting and communication skills.
    • Teamoriented mindset with ambition and drive to excel in a fastpaced environment.
