The Opportunity
Were seeking a MidLevel Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position is open to all firm offices with a preference for San Francisco Houston Dallas Denver Kansas City or Washington DC. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated intellectual property litigation matters with a team of dedicated and experienced attorneys.

What Youll Do

  • Litigate with Precision: Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters including preparation for trial and appeals.
  • Research and Analyze: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop innovative strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Partner with colleagues to craft compelling arguments and effective case strategies.
  • Support Federal Circuit Work: Engage in litigation at the Federal Circuit and other courts leveraging your experience in complex IP matters.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 4 years of intellectual property litigation experience with Federal Circuit experience being a plus.
  • Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional research writing and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage complex litigation independently and collaboratively.
  • Mindset: A proactive detailoriented selfstarter with a passion for intellectual property law.

Your Skillset

  • Intellectual Property Expertise: Proven ability to handle highstakes IP litigation matters effectively.
  • Client Service Excellence: Dedication to achieving outstanding results tailored to client needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Federal Circuit Knowledge: Experience in Federal Circuit litigation is a valuable asset.
