Work schedule: Nightshift weekends off
Work setup: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Location: McKinley West Taguig
Qualifications:
- Must have a FINRA license: Series 7 and Series 24
- Excellent understanding of the Financial and Retirement Services industry
- At least 2 years of related (financial services industry) work experience
- Strong communication customer service organizational and telephone skills required
- Requires good computer skills and the ability to efficiently navigate within numerous software and web applications
- Must possess the ability to obtain the necessary knowledge of applicable business unit systems work under limited supervision and exercise independent judgment
- Amenable to work on hybrid setup (3x/week RTO) in McKinley Taguig and night/shifting schedules.
Job Description
- Receive inbound contacts from individual investors distribution partners and/or clients ensuring all transactions are accurately completed and appropriate forms and information are provided with a satisfactory resolution of the situation. When necessary apply advanced skills and knowledge to research the situation and respond to the caller escalating the situation to the next level as appropriate.
- Complete the necessary documentation in all utilized systems.
- May be asked to provide mentoring and training for less experienced team members.
- Proactively educate and promote technology conveniences to customers for more efficient access to information and increased transaction efficiencies.
