Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Base Salary: 1100 gross per month (14 monthly payments)
Performance Bonus: 4% of the annual base salary
Role Overview
As a Health Manager in our Lisbon office you will act as the main point of contact for policyholders and healthcare professionals ensuring highquality support and service delivery. This is an onsite role and client interviews are conducted at our Lisbon office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and advice to policyholders through phone email or mail and manage benefit settlements.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and efficient responses while meeting performance benchmarks.
- Guide clients on insurance coverage manage contracts and oversee premium payments.
- Handle reimbursements quotes and updates to contracts or administrative details.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent (Bac 2); previous insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Customerfocused with excellent listening and problemsolving abilities.
- Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage tasks effectively.
- Energetic motivated and resultsdriven.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English.
