Registered Nurse SS Mother/Baby (Full Time Night Shift)
Location: Abilene TX
SignOn Bonus: $20000
Relocation Assistance: $5000 (for candidates 200 miles away)
Salary Range: $65000 $100000 per year (based on experience)
Job Overview:
RGH Global is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our SS Mother/Baby unit in Abilene TX. In this role youll deliver direct highquality nursing care to mothers and their newborns. You will collaborate with an experienced healthcare team to ensure the health safety and wellbeing of both mothers and infants. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse passionate about providing care in a fastpaced patientcentered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care for mothers and newborns ensuring both patient safety and comfort.
- Work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
- Assist in educating and supporting families in postpartum care and newborn care routines.
- Maintain accurate uptodate patient records in line with regulatory standards.
- Follow established policies procedures and safety protocols to ensure topquality care.
- Participate in nursing committees quality improvement activities and continuing education.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma AD or Bachelors Degree)
- Required Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPRBLS
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) within 6 months of hire
- PALS within 6 months of hire
- Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic healthcare setting.
- Empathetic and supportive care especially for families.
- Teamoriented with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
