Location: Abilene TX
Shift: Day Shift (36/36 hours)
FullTime
Relocation Bonus: $5000 for candidates 200 miles away
Salary Range: $65000 $100000 (Based on experience)

About the Position:
RGH Global is seeking a Registered Nurse for the HCR Nursing Unit Rehab. This fulltime position is available on the Day Shift (36/36 hours). As a Registered Nurse in the rehabilitation unit youll be providing compassionate individualized care to patients recovering from injuries surgeries or other health conditions requiring rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patientcentered care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate care based on scientific nursing principles.
- Utilize rehabilitation equipment and assist patients in recovery.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with hospital policies and ensure confidential handling of patient data (HIPAA).
- Participate in department committees surveys and performance improvement initiatives.
- Follow the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma AD).
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license.
- Certifications:
- CPR/BCLS certification.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to input data into computer programs.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment and processes.
- Strong ability to interact with patients and families while maintaining the standard of professional nursing.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65000 $100000 per year (based on experience).
