Job Title: Blood Bank Donor Center Specialist FullTime
Location: Abilene TX
Job Type: FullTime Day Shift (MondayFriday with occasional weekends)
Compensation:
- Salary: $32000 $38000 annually
- $2000 SignOn Bonus
- $5000 Relocation Bonus for candidates 200 miles away

Responsibilities
- Ensure an adequate and safe blood supply by soliciting and collecting donations.
- Follow established safety guidelines and regulatory standards during all procedures.
- Accurately input donor information into computer systems.
- Maintain donor logs and organize workspaces per OSHA and NIOSH standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience
- Licenses/Certifications:
- CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work in compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Willingness to contribute as a designated driver for donor operations.
