Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate veterinarian to lead and maintain a highperforming medical team through trust teamwork and accountability. This role partners with the Hospital Manager and reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient exams and diagnostics.
- Communicate findings and treatment plans to pet owners clearly and empathetically.
- Conduct diagnostic procedures surgeries and postop care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with AAHA standards.
- Prescribe medications and oversee pharmacy compliance including controlled substances.
- Foster teamwork mentor staff and support efficient hospital operations.
- Contribute to financial success through accurate client invoicing and resource management.
Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current state veterinary license and DEA registration.
- 5 years of veterinary practice experience with proven leadership.
- Strong commitment to continuing education and staff development.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $130000 $150000 USD.
- Comprehensive benefits: health insurance 401(k) PTO CE allowance and license reimbursement.
