Job Description
We have an open position for an experienced Business Development Manager on our team.
Active AZ real estate license required. Please do not send your resume unless you have a current AZ real estate license.
This position is solely focused on bringing in new business accounts for property management. Minimum 2 years of sales experience required. No compensation ceiling on how much you can make with this position. Qualified candidates must have a positive attitude be proactive selfmotivated driven & work well unsupervised.
About us:
Rosenbaum Realty Group began in 2012 as a husband & wife team and we are a growing property management & residential real estate brokerage. We specialize in investment properties multifamily & singlefamily property management and we currently manage about 500 units. Over 60% of our units managed are in Mesa alone. The remaining are spread out valleywide but mostly consist in Phoenix Tempe and Apache Junction. About 80% of our doors are multifamily apartments and 20% are singlefamily homes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contact incoming leads.
- Running rental comparison & rental market analysis.
- Network develop & nurture partner relationships with other Realtors & other lead sources.
- Capturing cultivating and closing leads!
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have an active Arizona Real Estate License
- Has 35 years of experience in business development and sales in the real estate sector.
- Must share & value company core values of teamwork integrity respect serviceoriented growthoriented healthy & positivity.
- Qualified candidates must be positive proactive selfmotivated quick learner driven work well unsupervised have strong computer skills.
- Familiarity with local and regional real estate markets trends and regulations.
Compensation: DOE & negotiable starting salary between $35K$45K plus commission bonus structure.
