Are you a detailoriented individual with a strong background in handling invoices and contracts Do you thrive in a remote work environment and have experience in the mental health industry If so Advanced Psychiatry Associates has the perfect opportunity for you as an Invoice Renew Specialist/Handler.
As a fully remote Invoice Renew Specialist/Handler you will be responsible for managing the invoicing and contract renewal process for Advanced Psychiatry Associates. This includes reviewing and processing invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness and communicating with clients and vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies. You will also be responsible for tracking contract expiration dates and initiating the renewal process in a timely manner.
In addition to your invoicing and contract renewal duties you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and organizing documentation related to contracts and invoices. You will work closely with the finance and accounting team to ensure all financial information is accurate and uptodate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Previous experience in invoicing and contract management particularly in the mental health industry is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are essential for success in this role.
