We are committed to making mental health services accessible and convenient for our patients which is why we are seeking a remote Online Care Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
As an Online Care Representative you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to our patients. This is a remote position so you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Your main responsibilities will include:
Responding to patient inquiries and providing information about our services
Scheduling appointments and managing the online calendar for our team of psychiatrists and therapists
Assisting with insurance verification and billing processes
Maintaining accurate and organized patient records
Collaborating with our team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any patient concerns or issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required associate or bachelors degree preferred
12 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with technology and virtual communication platforms
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards mental health
Contract Details:
