Job Description
Were seeking a passionate guestfocused Assistant manager (DM) to join our hotel leadership team. In this role youll support the Hotel Manager in overseeing daytoday operations and take charge in the absence of senior management ensuring everything runs smoothly. Youll thrive in a dynamic environment working alongside a talented and passionate team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ability to work a fulltime rotating roster.
- Supervising guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and checkin/checkout processes are customerfocused and follow set procedures.
- Running reports and compiling statistical information as required by finance policies and procedures.
- Compiling reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance distributing them to specific departments in a timely manner.
- Completing computer system backups and saving them in accordance with finance policies and procedures.
- Processing guest account transactions.
Qualifications :
You will bring with you:
- Previous front office experience at supervisory level
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous.
- NZ citizenship permanent residency or a current and valid work visa/permit.
- Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication both written and verbal
- Leadership capability.
