What you will be doing:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Royal Service team to ensure a smooth operation and the highest level of guest satisfaction is provided by team
- Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless operations maintaining a close relationship with Concierge Sales Catering Conference Services Revenue Housekeeping Fairmont Gold Guest Services and Food and Beverage.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Coaches and mentors colleagues. Creates an environment that allows employees to achieve job fulfillment and provides a path for career development with Accor Hotels.
- Create maintain and communicate various standard operating procedures to other departments
- Contribute to hotel revenue targets guest satisfaction and efficiency goals
- Ensures effective utilization and productivity of all staff through staff planning hiring scheduling and adhering to budget parameters.
- Knows all emergency procedures and general crisis situation management including fire and emergency procedures procedures for handling of Fire Panel ensuring guest safety is followed by all hotel staff.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
- Demonstrates a calm and professional manner at all times
