Offer assistance with transportation arrangements such as calling taxis or arranging airport transfers
Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area
Assist with valet parking when necessary
Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong guest service orientation
Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
Ability to build positive guest relations and provide exceptional hospitality
Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
Must have excellent customer service skills
