Job Description
- Provide efficient friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable efficient and helpful service.
- Deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
- Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
Qualifications :
- An energetic teamfocused and cando attitude
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work across a 24/7 roster evenings mornings and weekend
- Full Tasmanian Manual Drivers Licence is essential
