Job Description
Company Background:
This specialist clinic was conceived with the intention of elevating family medical care by utilizing advanced and cuttingedge screening services. They offers a comprehensive range of health screenings and fullbody medical checkup. These services consist of a series of tests designed to identify patients risks of developing specific diseases ensuring early detection and proactive healthcare management. This clinic is located at Bukit Jalil.
Requirements:
- Valid APC license
- Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant
- Proven experience in a clinical setting preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care.
- Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a specialized area of nursing practice
- Experience with basic computer data entry
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications
Responsibility:
- Provide direct patient care including assessment planning implementation and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients condition and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures medications and selfcare techniques.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.
- Welltrained in draw blood and administering IV drips.
- Coordinate closely with the lab to address any patient inquiries regarding additional Blood screening.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
