Job Title: Patient Administrative Lead
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Patient Administrative Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries records management and operational support. This role requires meticulous attention to detail a warm but professional demeanor and the ability to navigate complex systems to secure appointments for patients. The ideal candidate is coachable selfmotivated and ready to take on a supervisory role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients providing highquality support via phone and email.
  • Manage patient records ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Navigate complex scheduling systems and conduct web research to secure hardtoobtain appointments.
  • Communicate with patients in a warm professional manner demonstrating high EQ and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Oversee and improve operational processes related to patient scheduling and records.
  • Potentially evolve into a supervisory role to manage other administrative assistants and operational staff.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or patient support role ideally within the medical or healthcare field.
  • Strong English language ability both written and spoken with a low/neutral accent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally via email and phone.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • LATAMbased preferably familiar with U.S. healthcare systems.
