Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience.
As a Senior Project Manager you
- Represent the firm in client meetings define the Scope of Work prepare cost estimates conduct site assessments set project timelines and finalize proposals.
- Ensure the success of the profit center by overseeing and participating in team design production quality control training and employee performance management.
- Contribute to regional and companywide decisionmaking and growth strategies through regular meetings.
- Lead with Full Circle Thinking and provide positive leadership to both the region and the company.
- Hold a PE license and manage up to two Project Managers while directly supervising up to four nonsupervisory staff members.
Other responsibilities include:
- Support business development efforts for potential clients.
- Oversee the preparation of plans technical reports cost estimates and other deliverables for clients.
- Monitor project budgets provide billing guidance and change order requests prepare invoices and manage negotiations and finalization of back charges.
