Job Description
Role Requirements & Skills:
NetSuite:
- Design review and estimate customizations for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Estimate all SOWS and new projects.
- Review estimates provided by developers.
- Provide solutions design to developers.
- Assist/oversee integration from other applications to NetSuite.
- Responsible for meeting commitments or communicating updates.
- SuiteApps responsibilities to be reviewed.
- SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0
General:
- Responsible for allocation of work to Dev Team members (including subcontractors).
- Provide mentorship and assistance to Developers.
- Organize and lead team to deliver implementation services and support.
- Perform reviews on a bimonthly (review project individual)/quarterly (utili/bonus)/biannual (career development).
- Responsible for continued development/improvement of internal methodology.
- Responsible for Development onboarding materials and processes as needed.
Required Metrics:
- Responsible for team meeting utilization requirements of 70%
- Average monthly Utilization of 6570%
- Minimum average CSAT of 4.0 out of 5 across all clients that consultant works on or Positive feedback from Clients on a quarterly basis.
