About the role
East West Banking Corporation is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team on a fixedterm contract basis. As a Technical Recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing technology division. Based in our Taguig City office you will be responsible for the fullcycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. What youll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified technical candidates
- Screening and assessing applicants to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications
- Conducting indepth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining an effective applicant tracking system and reporting on recruitment metrics
- Staying uptodate with the latest trends best practices and technologies in the recruitment industry
What were looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of software development cloud programming languages and technical roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing highcalibre technical talent
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitmentrelated software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
- Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
