Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead strategic direction and daily operations of a highvolume emergency department
- Drive clinical excellence through evidencebased practice implementation and quality metrics
- Develop and mentor nursing leadership talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Optimize patient care delivery systems and emergency response protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance emergency services outcomes
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain department accreditations
- Champion workplace quality initiatives and staff engagement programs
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Associates Degree in Nursing required BSN preferred (MSN ideal)
- Current California RN license
- 35 years progressive leadership experience in emergency services
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- MICN certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
- Track record of improving emergency department metrics and patient satisfaction
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking capabilities
- Excellence in team leadership and staff development
- Experience with emergency department operations and process improvement
