Job Description

Our Client is actively recruiting a Business Litigation associate resident in our Chicago office. This position offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial civil and business litigation matters with a national and international client base.

We are seeking candidates with a solid background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation such as consumer and privacy class actions white collar defense and investigation and/or multidistrict or multiforum litigation.

Successful candidates will have three to five years of law firm experience in a litigationbased practice with particular emphasis on litigation procedure including the discovery process and ediscovery. Deposition hearing and oral argument experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization skills attention to detail writing and analytical skills are required as is active bar membership.
