Job Description
Our Client seeking candidates with three to six years of experience in corporate law with particular experience in mergers & acquisitions venture capital corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
The candidate must have experience leading due diligence teams managing specialists and drafting transaction documents.
The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills superior academics and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Our Client provides a full range of services to public and private companies private equity funds and financial institutions.
The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $225000 $280000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the aboveidentified range and will be based on the relevant skills training experience and other jobrelated factors including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law.
Total compensation and benefits package for attorneys which includes but is not limited to productivity and discretionary bonuses; life health accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
