We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with product information order status and issue resolution
Process orders returns and exchanges accurately
Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive experience
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
Proven customer service experience in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
