What Youll Do
- Content Consistency:
- Ensure web content is consistent accurate and optimized across all client websites.
- Update and manage website links and metadata to maximize search engine rankings.
- Technical SEO:
- Identify and fix broken links and other technical issues affecting site performance.
- Ensure metadata is uptodate and optimized for search engines.
- Optimization Strategies:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that increase search engine results rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and integrate findings into website and marketing materials.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Set measurable SEO goals and track progress to demonstrate improvements.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with other marketing professionals to align SEO goals with overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Content Enhancement:
- Update and optimize website content and links to ensure maximum visibility and ranking.
- Utilize SEO tools and data mining techniques to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in an SEO specialist role or similar position.
- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with SEO industry programs such as Google Analytics Adobe Analytics and Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with keyword research and data mining tools.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and apply insights to SEO strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Attention to Detail:
- Meticulous in optimizing content and ensuring technical SEO elements are correctly implemented.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with major CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Shopify) is a plus.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is beneficial but not required.
