The Opportunity
Were seeking a Corporate Associate (M&A) with 3 years of private equity transactional experience to join one of our premier clients in Boston. This is a unique chance to work with a dynamic and robust national corporate M&A practice. Youll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively providing toptier legal services in acquisitions divestitures mergers joint ventures and more.
What Youll Do
- Lead Transactions: Handle private equity transactional matters including acquisitions mergers divestitures and joint ventures.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with private equity funds and financial institutions on complex transactions.
- Provide Strategic Counsel: Offer efficient legal services to support clients needs ensuring topnotch client service.
- Commit to Excellence: Dedicate yourself to professional development within an ontrack partnership role.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in M&A and private equity transactional matters.
- Education: JD or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.
- Licensure: Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York.
- Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication critical reasoning and organization with meticulous attention to detail.
- Mindset: A collaborative and professional approach with the ability to prioritize and balance competing responsibilities.

- M&A Expertise: Extensive knowledge of private equity transactions and legal processes.
- Client Service: A clientcentric focus with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple highstakes projects simultaneously.
