About the Role
As a Dialysis Nurse you will provide highquality patientcentered care for individuals with kidney disease. This is a relocationfriendly RN opportunity offering career growth collaboration and meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver care to patients undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis in acute and chronic care settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe effective dialysis treatments and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor and assess patients conditions before during and after dialysis.
- Educate patients and their families about managing kidney health and longterm care plans.
- Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act and maintain professional nursing practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (open to all states; support for Texas licensure provided).
- CPRBCLS certification (ACLS required before completing orientation).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the nursing process and ability to deliver patientcentered care.
- Experience working with therapeutic equipment and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment.
