Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process including invoicing collections and reconciliations.
Review and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare aging reports and accounts receivable analysis for management. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address billing issues.
Perform monthly and year end closings related to accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations.
Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. Strong knowledge of AR processes credit control and cash flow management. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
