Job Summary
As a Surgical Unit Registered Nurse youll provide individualized and compassionate care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs. Youll work in a collaborative supportive environment where patient care is the priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and deliver patientcentered care using the nursing process.
- Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities.
Who Were Looking For:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree).
- Experience: New grads welcome; 1 year of experience is a plus.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPRBLS certification.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability in fastpaced settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
