We are looking for an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and will manage a wide range of tasks covering many aspects of daytoday HR processes including employee relations onboarding data entry HRIS system updates leaves benefits report generation and compliance. This position will be onsite. Local candidates are preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelors in human resources business administration or related field required
- At least four years of proven experience as a human resources generalist or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations
- Must Speak/Write Fluent Spanish and English.
- Preferred to be from the Victoria TX Region
- Experience working in an industrial setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- PHR SPHR SHRM or other HR certifications.
