Job Description
BestLogic Staffing is recruiting a Structural Engineer on behalf of our client a leader in the construction and engineering industry. The selected candidate will play a vital role in the planning analysis and design of structures and structural systems using wood masonry steel and concrete. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan design and oversee the construction of structural systems for various projects.
- Perform detailed analysis of structural components to ensure compliance with safety durability and regulatory standards.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to model and design structural systems.
- Collaborate with architects contractors and other engineers to develop efficient and costeffective designs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings specifications and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends building codes and best practices in structural engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering or related field (required).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license with Structural Discipline (required).
- Proven experience in the design of wood masonry steel and concrete structures.
- Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit or similar).
- Strong knowledge of building codes standards and regulations.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
