Job Description

HireNow Staffing is seeking an RN Clinical Manager specializing in Abdominal (Kidney) Transplant at a leading healthcare facility in Houston Texas. This role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic transplant program.

Position Overview

The Clinical Manager will oversee the daytoday operations of the Abdominal (Kidney) Transplant Unit ensuring highquality patient care and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This leader will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes manage resources efficiently and maintain a supportive environment for staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Supervise the units daily functions ensuring effective resource utilization and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Team Development: Recruit mentor and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional growth and high performance.
  • Patient Care Oversight: Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes implementing evidencebased practices to improve care delivery.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians surgeons and other healthcare professionals to support the transplant programs goals.
  • Budget Management: Participate in financial planning maintaining costeffective operations while ensuring optimal care quality.

Qualifications

MustHaves:

  1. Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
  2. Experience: Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferably in transplant or surgical care.
  3. Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN).

NiceToHaves:

  1. Advanced Education: Masters degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  2. Certification: Specialty certifications in transplant or abdominal care.
  3. Experience: Background in kidney transplant care or abdominal surgery units.
