The Opportunity
Were seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Denver Seattle or Portland offices. This is an exceptional opportunity for a midlevel associate to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team.
What Youll Do
- Provide Expertise: Advise clients on public company reporting and compliance capital markets transactions and corporate governance.
- Collaborate on Sophisticated Matters: Work on complex corporate and transactional matters for public and private companies across diverse industries.
- Deliver Excellence: Draft and review key documents ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Support Business Growth: Partner with colleagues and clients to achieve strategic business objectives.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance capital markets and/or corporate governance.
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Skills: Exceptional legal writing drafting and communication skills.
- Mindset: A collaborative detailoriented and clientfocused approach.
Your Skillset
- Corporate Governance: Indepth understanding of corporate governance and compliance issues.
- Capital Markets: Experience handling complex transactions and related regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to navigate legal and business challenges with creative solutions.
