Our client is a leading medical devices manufacturer in China and recently set up their plant and operations in Malaysia. Now theyre looking for a HR Supervisor to join their Malaysia Team.
The Senior HR Executive will report to the HRD in China.
He/She will be a handson business partner who will manage the daytoday HR responsibilities as well as help drive the companys growth.
She/He will be in charge of developing and executing an HR plan with a strong focus on supporting the business but also on talent acquisition talent development compensation and benefits performance management and postmerger integration.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labor law benefits insurance and regulations
- Ensure a robust payroll process with high quality of delivery
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings sourcing interviewing and selection
- Be responsible for the onboarding and release of employees as well as the update of the HR software
- Maintain knowledge of laws regulations and best practices in employment law
- Deliver the monthly HR KPI report to the Global HR HQ to support business decisions and track performance
- Manage the yearly revision of insurance and benefits
- Demonstrate an ability to partner with business while increasing productivity and retention
Job Requirements
Were looking for required skills and they can come from any combination of education and experience. Typical qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of experience ideally in an industrial environment
- Degree in HR or Business Administration
- Relevant experience in payroll management
- Strong background in employee relations and legal compliance recruitment and selections performance management compensation
- Direct experience in employee engagement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication skills verbal and written with open and direct communication style
- Experience leading during mergers and acquisitions implementing and expanding company processes and values and aligning compensation practices
- Handson and result driven
