Job Description:
As a Sales and Trading Senior Analyst you will play a critical role in our financial services firms trading operations. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends executing trades and providing valuable insights to our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets excellent analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market data and identify trading opportunities across various asset classes.
- Execute trades on behalf of clients ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients providing them with market insights and investment recommendations.
- Collaborate with research teams to assess market dynamics and develop trading strategies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure making recommendations to optimize returns.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and market developments that may impact trading activities.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and traders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance economics or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g. MBA CFA) preferred.
- 3 years of experience in sales and trading preferably within a financial services firm.
- Strong understanding of financial markets trading strategies and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required; additional licenses may be preferred.
