Job Summary:
Seeking a Sales Manager with 710 years of experience particularly in software product sales and ERP solutions
Responsible for driving sales strategy and managing client relationships
Tasked with ensuring revenue growth by selling software products to businesses
Role involves expanding market share and meeting company sales targets
Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies for ERP and other software solutions
Role involves identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
Tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers in target client organizations
Role involves understanding client needs and offering tailored ERP solutions
Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is required
Role involves preparing and presenting proposals product demonstrations and sales reports
Staying updated with latest industry trends competitor offerings and product innovations is required
Attendance at industry events trade shows and conferences to promote the companys offerings is expected
Role involves mentoring and guiding junior sales staff
A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is required an MBA or equivalent is an added advantage
Indepth knowledge of ERP software products and their implementation in various industries is required
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently is necessary
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills are required
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a must
Willingness to travel as required
Experience with major ERP systems and prior experience working in ITES or software development companies is preferred
Understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and solution selling methodologies is preferred.
