Job Title: IMS
Location: Pune Noida
Experience: 810 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Administer and maintain IMS platforms to ensure high availability reliability and performance. Monitor system health and address any issues proactively.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize IMS solutions to meet the specific needs of the organization. Implement new features and updates as required.
- Data Integration: Manage data integration processes between IMS and other systems. Ensure accurate and seamless data flow across platforms.
- User Support: Provide technical support and training to endusers. Address user inquiries and resolve issues related to IMS functionality and performance.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance and usage to identify areas for improvement. Implement optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IMS configuration processes and procedures. Ensure documentation is uptodate and accessible.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures to protect sensitive information within the IMS. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues and incidents. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Project Management: Participate in or lead projects related to IMS upgrades migrations or new implementations. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to IMS. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system capabilities and performance.
